Faults & Methods for Tin Bucket Lid Machine:
Fault 1: The feeding cylinder can’t go back.
Cause: Its end-point or all parts of it induce the signal unsuccessfully.
Methods: Please check the small cylinder’s induction which can screw down & lift up in the pushing part;
Please check the end-point induction of the pushing cylinder.
Fault 2: The belt of the operating platform can’t work.
Causes: The bottom of the blanking equipment is blocked;
The lower bar induces the signal unsuccessfully;
The blanking clip doesn’t work;
The small cylinders is damaged;
The torsional spring in the blanking clip is damaged.
Methods: Please dredge the blanking equipment;
Please adjust the stop-point magnetic induction under the cylinder, till the light is on;
Change the small cylinder;
Change the torsional spring in the blanking clip;
Adjust the belt of the operating platform.
Fault 3: The belt’s length is different.
Causes: The inductive wheel of the belt doesn’t adjust well;
Proximity switch looses or it is damaged;
The flatness of lids is not up to the standards.
The thickness of the belt is non-uniform.
Methods: Please adjust the inductive wheel to the suitable place;
Please tighten the proximity witch;
Please change the belt.
